New Balance Geneva

I cannot say enough good things about this New Balance location, their shoes, their staff and their AMAZING Customer Service. I bought my first pair last year and they scanned and really listened to what I needed. Flash forward to a week ago...

My son took me to the Geneva, Illinois locationfor my yearly New balance shoe as one of my birthday gifts on April 16th and to donate a pair of my shoes as well. No problem with the size and the style, I get the same shoe every year. The New balance shoe is so comfortable, and of course the sales people are so nice!

Recently went to this New Balance store. I found the entire staff here helpful and knowledgeable. If one was not able to answer my questions, they found someone who could. I ended up purchasing 4 pairs of shoes. Thank you to everyone here, who helped me here.

Nick & Jeff were super helpful and knowledgeable. They both helped me to find a pair of shoes needed to fit my daughter with AFO braces. They both took the time to help and went above and beyond. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Thank you.
