New Balance Factory Store

Large selection of New Balance shoes and some clothing. Pricing is ok, not anything special in my opinion, but the sales and clearance can be good. Customer service is good!

Worker was not nice today. So I walked out. And went to Merrell store which is right next to New Balance store. Workers at Merrell store were very friendly. Awesome!

I came in today looking for new running shoes & running apparel. I fell in love with the 1080s. I definitely recommend this location, very helpful & knowledgeable staff. Thanks you guys!

The associates are always very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are good too amd we usually always have a great experience. The best part is the sizing and compression identification of your foot.

I my doctore recommented New Balance shoes and found the perfect store! The staff and manager are all so welcoming and knowledgeable. Definitely going back for more shoes for my family!
