I visited Naperville Running Company to try the ON Cloudflow 5s after receiving a recommendation. When I tried them on, the fit didn’t feel quite right at first, but the associate took the time to walk me through different options.

Got a new job and was on my feet for 10hrs with pretty bad foot and back pain. Once I got some custom insoles from the helpful staff member I haven't had much trouble. On longer days I might have some soreness but that's to be expected. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped me.
