New Balance Naperville

My wife and I went visited for the first time with intentions of buying me new running shoes. We didn't have high hopes as I wear a size 17 shoe. We couldn't of been happier with our experience. Not only did they have my size but they had several options for me to choose from.

I took my son in to try on some shoes that we had seen online and had a wonderful experience. Patrick sized his foot and explained in detail different aspects of the sizing machines readings that were very helpful in finding a good fitting shoe.

I needed a new pair of walking shoes for an upcoming vacation, and I’ve heard nothing but good things about New Balance shoes, so I stopped into the store to try some shoes on. From the moment I walked into the store, the staff was informative, friendly, and helpful.

I had a great experience picking up my order after a long day of work. I arrived about 5 minutes before closing, The staff were very thorough, measuring my feet to ensure a perfect fit. They offered to let me try a different size, but I declined since the suggested size was too large.
