I visited NRC this afternoon to buy some energy gels for running. The staff at NRC South are super knowledgeable and friendly. They introduced me to the functionality and ingredients of different brands of energy gels, and gave recommendations based on my needs.

I’ve had nothing but the best experience at NRC! The last time I went in, 3 kids in tow, the sales associate, Kyle, was so kind and patient as we worked through the fitting experience. I had come in asking for my current shoe type but he graciously offered me to be fit again and try additional shoe types.

I came to this NRC location to grab a gift card and I had an EXCELLENT (albeit brief) experience. Upon walking in the store seemed clean and well stocked. I was immediately greeted by Robby who was extremely friendly and conversational, asked me how I was doing and how he could help.

Hearing all excellent things about this store from people at the gym, I went in to purchase shoes. Erin was/is SO helpful and knowledgeable about the various manufacturers and their shoes. She was/is SO patient , understanding, and and eager to ensure I selected the most comfortable, well fitting shoes.
