Worked with Patrick, and it couldn't have been a better experience. Was electronically evaluated for for pressure and stance and led to the perfect pair of shoes. Patrick was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and very focused the whole time I was there.

First time here and I waited too long! Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. Caroline took amazing care of us and figured out our needs. She found several shoes to choose from. I even found out that I have been wearing shoes 1 size too small!

Felipe was awesome, after multiple trips to many other stores we got things figured out fast with what shoes I needed. Was able to use treadmill and figured out some really good recommendations from him. I am extremely impressed with the experience buying shoes at Dick Ponds and will be back again soon.
