Dick Pond Athletics

This was my first time shopping with Dick Pond Athletics, and I felt inclined to leave a review when it's not something I commonly do - but my experience was exceptional, and the business and staff deserve to recognition. Unfortunately, I can only rate them 5/5 when they should be a 6 out of 5.

Debbie was amazing. She helped me out to find my hotspots, balance, size and width. She listened to me and my concerns, and really made sure I left the store with the right shoes. She probably pulled out 12 different pairs of shoes for me to try on. I've never gotten service like this for shoes before.

Very helpful staff. Got me in a new pair of shoes within my price range. They also did a bunch of scans and test for my feet which was really helpful to know. I’ll definitely come back for my next pair.

Knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, great product selection. The store sponsors multiple race events and also offers running programs. The Demo days when shoe brands have new products to try on are great opportunities to test drive in a friendly, low-pressure environment. Support your Local Running Store!
