I can not say enough positive things about my experience at Big River Footwear. Cordelia was not only a tremendous help and provided my daughter and I with useful knowledge, but she was also extremely patient, kind and understanding throughout the entire process as my daughter began to get restless.

Service was excellent; sadly, I don’t recall the name of the young woman who helped me. She was super helpful! I explained my workout needs; she did a foot scan to determine size & “issues” (falling arches), and recommended three styles.

Big River footwear is now the only place I buy my athletic shoes. Their staff is knowledgeable about all the brands and styles they carry, and can guide you as to what might work best for your feet after you are measured and sized on their device.

I stopped into their store yesterday to get a pair of shoes for my father and the whole process was pretty easy. They had a pair that I liked and they had the size he wears which was perfect. Their staff were pretty friendly. Cordelia helped me out. I’ll have to come back and eventually get myself a pair of shoes
