I had recently purchased a set of boots at a Redwing store in Houston and the fit I was given was completely wrong. I had spoken with Jaree at the Stoneoak store and she was able to help me get on track my boots were hurting me and come to find out the size wasn't correct nor the foot insul were not the ones I needed.

Management & staff are so Amazing, I want to mention “Tony” for one he is great & takes the time to see what ur feet need & they have the machine there & lets u know!!! Also the Manager Daniel is wonderful & very helpful & talked about the Hoka’s & yeah I bought some & I recommend going to Tradehome shoes @ N.

Super friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable about their shoes. Ashley and Jose took the time and patience talking to my very picky husband making sure he walked out of the store completely satisfied with his shoes. Incredible customer service I would give them 10 stars if I could.
