New Balance San Antonio @ Alamo Quarry Market

I've been wearing NB shoes for a couple decades. I usually just get a pair at the mall or big box outdoors warehouse store. I just try on shoes until I find the ones that fit. This time they didn't have the ones I needed and the sales associate was helping three other customers at the same time.

An outstanding location with extremely friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. We walked in and there was a ton of customers and it was really bustling, then shortly later my son and I were the only ones there.

Noelle was so kind and accommodating. My husband has a leg brace and she brought out multiple shoes and sizes for him to try on. She did not pressure us into buying shoes and we felt very heard and helped. We ended up not buying any shoes, as he needed a wider shoe still.

I called and Rebecca immediately answered the phone. Her customer service was great ! Would definitely recommend. She deserves a raise :-)! Additionally I went in and the staff was very helpful. I ended up leaving with some 550s all white. 😇‼️🫀
