Carroll was extremely friendly and informative. I run about 35-40 miles a week and have been using 5 year old ON trail runners. Carroll fitted me for some great road running shoes (saucony hurricane 25) that fit my feet well. This was after trying a plethora of different brands, styles, and options.

Not only did he help my husband and me find the perfect pair of running shoes, but he also recommended great fuel options to support our runs.
