I had a great experience at Road Runner Sports. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs rather than just trying to sell me a pair of shoes.
I went to Roadrunner at the suggestion of my orthopedic podiatrist. After getting my measurements and specific needs, the staff (I believe his name was Jeff) brought out several pairs for me to try. I chose the Asics Gel-Cumulus 28. With the custom made inserts, they have proven to be the perfect choice.
Great selection of running shoes and extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Sean was wonderful, finding the perfect sneakers for my daughter.
In addition to my purchase of Hokas and fitted orthotics, I was lucky enough to have the expertise, genuine interest and concern, and friendly manner of Paul. I can still remember those “olden days” of service in a shoe store which seems to have disappeared over the years.
