The person who helped me was very knowledgeable/nice/chill and helped me find a great pair for flat feet. He didn't try to pressure me into buying something i didn't want or need including the insoles but i did buy them because i liked them.

I finally had to admit my old 990's were worn out. I went to the same store I bought them in, Philly, many years ago. The staff could not have been more helpful and accomodating. James knew his products very well and guided me toward what would be best for my feet and activities. I will definitely go back.
