GO IN PERSON! STOP ORDERING SNEAKERS ONLINE! I am not a runner, by far. But the service and knowledge Philadelphia Runner offers is incredible. My favorite brand was getting a little uncomfortable. I was used to ordering my size since forever, but I thought I should get measured again.
The mothership for your running needs! This has been my go-to since I started running marathons back in 2012-2013 & I love the Walnut Street location. Superb, knowledgeable & friendly staff + a robust inventory & inviting atmosphere make this place one of the best running shops in the country.
My dad and I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon looking for new running shoes in preparation for an upcoming 5k. Despite the store being full of shoppers, we received excellent customer service from Nina and Aaron. They helped answer all of our questions and were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
I bought my first pair of shoes from PR when it was located at 16th and Sansom. Salespeople were very helpful and knowledgeable and took time to educate me about my shoe purchase EVEN THOUGH I’M NOT A RUNNER!
