On Store Palo Alto Stanford

I had a great experience at this store, Quan helped me pick out my mother in law shoes, I’ve never been to a ON store before and he showed me which was the best shoe for her needs.

Located in the Palo Alto Shopping Center, it was great to finally see an On Cloud retail store open. It's honestly one of my favorite lifestyle brands, so I had to check it out after shopping online for so long.

Fantastic customer experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Alan went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for, making the whole process easy and enjoyable. Great selection, great service—I’ll definitely be back!

I came Wednesday afternoon, and Ken helped me out. He was understanding, kind, and provided great customer service. I was helped out very fast and did not have to wait.

My wife and I just went to ON shoes to purchase some shoes in preparation for playing Pickleball :) We were first greeted by a young woman (unfortunately I did not catch her name but she was nice and polite though), then introduced to Spencer whom took over.
