New Balance Stanford

All new balance shoes have imperfections which is kind of diapointing for price. No compensation was given.

I got a pair of NB shoes as a gift and they did not fit. So I brought them to this NB store to exchange. It was truly a wonderful experience. Everyone working there was attentive and friendly. Each customer that came in was greeted so nicely. I was helped by Elliot, and I cannot say enough great things about Elliot.

Regan is the best! He helped me choose a pair of shoes and was very patient. Also the store is beautiful.

A new store has opened at Stanford. While not all NB shoes are on display or available, the service, online ordering by a salesperson, was informative and friendly. The order arrived at my home within 3-4 days.

The store is great, but Hugo (a store manager) was awesome. Super helpful when I had a return and arrived just as they were closing. I appreciate his willingness to help me out, even though they wanted to get out of there. Thank you, Hugo for your flexibility and understanding!
