I went into the Los Altos store yesterday with my $20 reward certificate in hand. Kevin immediately welcomed me upon my arrival and was right near anytime I had a question. I noticed that the inventory of handbags had been expanded and that some clothing options are also now available.

I ordered some Uggs for my fiance and actually purchased from Los Gatos accidentally. The staff was friendly and efficient while getting the boots shipped to Los Altos the next day. Shop here, they are awesome, and a lot of great footwear..

Yesterday, I found what I wanted online but did not get the discount, so I called the store, they verified the discount, had all 3 pairs in stock ,or could get them, free delivery in 3 days!!!! amazing! The gentleman who helped me, was kind , patient...I changed my mind on one color., and helpful.

This location has become my go-to store since Palo Alto closed. I'm always being helped by a young man named Aaron. Aaron is an awesome guy. He's very helpful and friendly and answers all my questions and offers advice as well.
