Excellent store with great collection and very friendly staff, always willing to help. I had a great experience with Kevin and Vlad. I have foot pain and had to try multiple shoes. Kevin and Vlad were very patient and cooperative every time I went to the store.

Incredible experience in the store, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I did a fit scan, bought a pair of insoles and a pair of shoes using the data, achieved my personal best record in 5k the next day. Can’t recommend anymore.

Been going here for a few years now . Sunnyvale is my favorite one to go to . Great place tho and customer service and VIP is a must have paid for subscription. Noce collection of diffrent types of sport shoes and the staff have equipment and knowledge about the shoes and how they effect your body .

Great experience exchanging trail shoes here. Fast, responsive service. Knowledgeable about relevant features of multiple shoe models and how suitable they'd be for me. They communicated well and showed pride and confidence in the store's policies.
