New Balance New Orleans

Had a great experience at the New Balance store. Ben was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me pick the right pair.

I live in Slidell and will absolutely stand by this New Balance location. My recent purchase on March 21,2025 was by far the best encounter I've had in the many times of shopping there. Now, I've never felt pressured or made to feel ignored EVER here. The staff is always helpful, patient and accommodating.

One of the best NB stores! In Nola, great selection, always good sales, & if they don’t have in-store they do an excellent job of finding your size & shipping out! Sales & customer service is A+ across the board! Jofny Hidalgo has been a great salesperson & it’s always nice to be remembered when you come back to shop.

This store’s staff is welcoming and helpful. Cameron was very attentive and informative when helping me consider the style most suitable to consider for comfort requests. He also took time to do a deeper dive for a shoe that is backordered for my daughter with positive results.

I want to thank the Manager at this location. I was in so much pain with shin bone splints. The scanner showed I have one high arch and one low arch. I came in two different times and both times he took the time to check me out again on the scanner. He recommended certain insoles which I gladly purchased.
