Fleet Feet Metairie

Couldn't have asked for a better experience and shoes. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and things only got better from there. Richard (the salesperson) asked what type of shoe I was looking for, explained the process, then measured my feet on the pad.

Both Clayton and Adonist were absolute joys to work with. The store was incredibly clean, and Clayton did an excellent job walking me through each part of my scan. I was truly impressed by the level of attention to detail and hospitality throughout the entire experience.

I’m not saying it’s the shoes.. but I did run my fastest 5k today after getting fitted and a new pair of running shoes here! They were so helpful and kind. I forgot the name of the guy who helped me, but he answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel pressured towards one brand or feel vs another.

Wonderful place to find the right fit with a great staff. Clayton was patient, knowledgeable and took the time to work with my special needs daughter for the proper fitting and sharing a unique show tying trick. I could not be more pleased with the experience.
