I bought some hokas shoes for work. She was very helpful and told me everything about them in detail. What a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend it.

Orleans Shoe and Company is one of my favorite shoe stores! And I particularly like the store on Metairie Road because it’s easy to park and the store is spacious! Devin helped me on this particular visit and he was great! I was perusing and found some great ankle rain boots on sale half off that he let me try on.

Hubby was looking for trainers that would protect his soles, which are sensitive. Within minutes the clerk has him in a pair that were the perfect answer. She made sure the size was correct and suggested a half size larger. She also showed him how to properly get the right tension and lacing.

I visited Orleans Shoes on Metairie Road, which was my first time at this location. What a beautiful store! I worked with Korie and she was fantastic and the rest of the staff was super friendly as well. I got a pair of Birkenstock Boston’s for my daughter.

Sally is such a rockstar! She took my foot imprint and observed my gait to determine which types/brands of shoes were best for me. Thanks to her patience and expertise I have new pain free shoes and will definitely return to see her on Metairie Rd. (The other staff were great too!)
