Lucky Road Run Shop

A clean, professional and well-stocked running, shoe and athletic store staffed by extremely friendly and helpful people. I’m not getting any younger and after a couple of careers that kept me on my feet, my knees and my feet HURT.

Everytime that I’ve been into this store, I’ve have a great experience. The staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. They have always suggested us great shoes for my husband and I. Based on our foot structure, injuries, if we’re standing all day vs running.

In training for the Richmond Half, I’ve had concerns with a persistent blister on my left medial heel but only after 5-6 miles or longer. I discussed with Rachel what I’ve been doing to try to prevent worsening of what was already there.

April is a rock star! I didn't have enough time on my lunch break to find shoes because there were other guests being helped, but she got my shoe size and needs and as soon as I got off work I came back and she had a stack of shoes for me to try ready and waiting.
