Excellent experience. Came in they asked if I wanted to be fitted assumed it was the old school metal measuring but nope it was an electric computer thing that reads your feet. Person read the data said two shoes in my size I have small feet. Brought them out first one was a no go and second was perfect!

Looking for ski/hiking jacket & received no pressure from salesperson with professional & personable experience. Purchased a jacket that was recommended & has met my needs! Never purchased inventory at FF prior to experience & felt like a valued customer! Hours are also accommodating.

Both of the staff were so helpful, but Nick was especially amazing! We had an emergency and arrived later than expected, and although they were about to close, he helped us swiftly and fitted me for the most amazing shoes that I needed for the next day!!
