⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Both my 9-year-old and 5-year-old absolutely loved our Sunday sessions with Coach Kayla at Fit 5 Runners! Coach Kayla was encouraging, engaging, and did a wonderful job helping the kids build confidence and improve their running skills.
We signed up our soccer athlete because we figured it would help her training, speed, endurance, etc. and she also just has SO much energy - a real go go go child.
