HDO Sport

I had a pretty good experience dealing with HDO Sports. They responded pretty quick when I emailed them, I got my items within a week. Items are what I ordered and as described. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because of their shipping/tracking process.

It had been a few days since my order confirmation but I hadn't received notice about shipping. I called in and Pat checked for me and said it was shipping out tomorrow and would get expedited for no extra charge because of the delay.

I ordered a pair of nice backpacking boots. The website was user-friendly, the prices were reasonable. I got a confirmation email right away, and shipping updates - which I appreciate. My order arrived quickly, and there were no problems at any point. I will definitely order from HDO Sport again!

I bought some children’s shoes from HDO on Amazon. The shoes got a tear in them within 5 months of purchase and normal wear. I was at my wits end trying to contact the company who made the shoes so finally emailed HDO. They were so helpful to resolve the issue!
