Heartbreak Hill Running Company

The Heartbreak Hill Running Company store in Cambridge is an exceptional store with amazing staff. My wife and I stepped in not knowing too much about shoes and stepped out with 2 pairs of shoes and lots of new knowledge. Gabe, a staffer there, was extraordinarily knowledgeable about all things running and shoes.

I was on a 7 mile run and after 4 miles started to lose energy and hydration.I stopped in for a quick break and the staff could see my anguish and handed me some energy gels and some hydration. 20 min later I was able to complete my 7 miles!! Thank you to the staff for the kindness they showed!!!

I went there with my husband to find pair of running shoes for him. The service we received is incredible. The staff is very kind, patient and knowledgeable. He provided the very useful info based on our questions and recommended some good models with good value, instead of most fancy or expensive ones.

Was in need of my first good pair of running shoes, and the staff was highly knowledgeable and very kind and helpful! The gentleman working watched my stride/gait and brought out different options that fit my run style.
