New Balance Newbury

I won’t buy New Balance again in my entire life. They just lost a loyal customer for nothing for them. Their shoes is not lasting even a year.

I recently visited the store to exchange sneakers for my husband, which we had purchased online, and I can’t express enough how incredible our experience was, all thanks to Zeke. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel completely at ease.

Marc made shoe shopping so much fun! I got old-school customer service from this fine young gentleman. He was so helpful and patient with me as I shopped for four different people. He also was complementary to me on the shoes I picked and I left feeling so happy about the entire experience.

Dylan was so helpful and made my experience truly enjoyable today at the store. Even though the store was extremely busy, he managed everything so efficiently and all of my sneakers came out so fast for me to try them on (and i tried on a lot!).

I have to admit I am one those people who would rather shop online than deal with going into a store. It seems the days of good customer service are long gone. Every time I have go into the New Balance store on Newbury the staff has always been helpful and courteous. Keep up the good work…well done Walker!
