When I need new sneakers, the only place I would consider going is Fleet Feet of Syracuse. I have lost track of how many years I have been a customer there, but every visit has provided skilled guidance resulting in an excellent fit, even as my feet have changed.

Very helpful staff. Spent the time to get you into right shoe. My wife has planter fasciitis. They really helped her on how to treat it. My wife has been getting her sneakers her for along time now. First rate service. You may have to wait a little bit till someone is free to help you. The wait is worth it.

Friendly, helpful staff and a great selection of running gear. Lots of clothes to choose from as well as tons of accessories - lights, nutrition, massage tools, socks, water bottles, etc. I got fit for new sneakers and was impressed by how thorough the process was.

This store is for anyone. Yes, there are lots of accessories for runners. However, the shoes are for anyone and everyone. Staff is great. The evaluation process helps guide shoe selection and fitting. There is a space in the store to do some walking or jogging to see if the shoes actually fit.
