Fleet Feet Clay

I came here on kind of a whim. Usually I am a total tightwad about shoes and just find name brands for cheap. I was already in the plaza at other stores and scoped Fleet Feet out because I really needed new sneakers. I get in and start peeking at the shoes on the shelf and immediately had some sticker shock.

I recently visited Fleet Feet to purchase a new pair of walking shoes. I was immediately greeted by Branson who listened to my needs, which have changed throughout the years. He put me through the imaging and explained everything throughly.

I have severe arthritis that affects my feet too. Very painful walking. Staff did assessment and recommended a pair of Brooks. I am so pleased not only with service but with the amount of walking I did today and only some minor discomfort after several hours on my feet. I will certainly be a return customer.

The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and patient (I had to bring my 4 small kids with me). They worked with me promptly and efficiently. Their technology has vastly improved since I last came 8 years ago.
