I had a truly memorable experience at the grand opening of Finger Lakes Running Company in Syracuse today! It is exactly the kind of local gem the community needs. The owner, Ian Golden, provides an incredibly informed and caring environment.

Great sports bra selection both brands and sizes. Also carry the Salomon womens running vests. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. A must visit for runners!

Finger Lakes Running Company was the first run specialty store I ever went to back when I lived in Ithaca 20 years ago. I've lived in Syracuse for 17+ years now, and I'm thrilled that they decided to open a location here. I stopped in today and Josh (the manager) was warm, welcoming, and enthusiastic.

It is a cute little store. I run around the Creekwalk a lot, and noticed it while circling the building one day. I just went the other day once it opened, and it had some nice stock and lots of yummy fuel. It’s a convenient location for people who live and run in Syracuse!
