Charm City Run Frederick

One of the best running shoe stores in Frederick. Friendly, helpful, and patient. Got shoes here for my whole family. You can get footwear at some major label stores, but you won't get the personal service. Honestly, prices aren't that bad.

We've been going here for at least 15 years to buy our son and our daughter's high school track and cross country shoes. Back then it was "If the Shoe Fits." Always appreciated the treadmill test to analyze gait and stride and the perfect fit our kids enjoyed especially when running hard races and long distances.

The staff are so helpful! They fit you and let you run on the sidewalk to test shoes before buying. My husband and son have needed shoes and every time they go above and beyond. You can also earn rewards-we recently had a $25 reward from a past purchase. They also have periodic events-check them out!

March 2026: Nothing has changes. CCR Frederick is amazing. I miss Smoothie Sundays. Oct 2024: Everything is the same. The Run Club is super fun. I wish my work schedule allowed me to do some of the training groups. Great store, I love the run club. All of the coaches are excellent.
