11/16/2021: My physical therapist at Restore Physical Therapy had recommended I go to Potomac River Running to get a pair of New Balance 860 v12. Henry greeted me at the store and was so helpful and attentive. He brought out 3 different stability shoes to let me see different options.

One of the best retail experiences I have had. Ever. Robert is a top-notch salesman. The perfect balance of providing education to the customer from his 15+ years of experience, and listening really well. I had no idea what I wanted as I am new to running, (and in my 40s).

I told them that every year I come back to the states I was going to stop by and buy pairs of shoes. Their costumer service it’s amazing and one year they saved me from purchasing wrong shoes. I like that’s every time I go inside the store I see a lot of families buying shoes for their kids.

I took up running during COVID and have enjoyed it since. I always stuck with my trusty Nike Pegasus, a good shoe for sure. I finally got around to going to Potomac River Running to get fitted and look at some different shoe options. I ended up going to the Leesburg store and the experience could not have been better.
