I went to Fleet Feet after not having a great experience with attention nor even a gait analysis from REI or having been given poor recommendations from Road Runner Sports, not to mention the pressure to be in a paid membership/insoles, etc.
I had such a great experience shopping at Fleet Feet! The staff were inviting and very helpful. The store is clean and organized and has a great atmosphere. Jackson and Natalie were awesome and answered all my questions and I felt my experience was customized to my needs.
Staff (particularly Kate) was very knowledgeable and helpful. The scanning and measuring of my feet, along with the explanation, was thoroughly explained. Very happy with my purchase.
Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Wide selection of shoes. Very generous return policy. Take worn shoe donations and work with local charity to donate.
