The staff are friendly, knowledgeable about the different shoes and their brands, and they are always willing to help. Tammi, the manager at the Appleton store, was especially helpful and patient with me as she explained different things about the shoes and reward points the store offers.

Stopped in the other day to get Safety Boots. Had a decent selection and actually had my size. I stepped on the foot pressure machine and they recommend I get some boot insoles for my high arches. Worked out very nice. The people working were very nice and helpful.

I've been going through them for years. Yes, sometimes their trucks don't always have what I'm look for or the correct size but they do have "I believe" 3 other stores I can go to.

Sales lady was SO knowledgeable and helpful! I had gone in with my prescription orthotics. I was looking for - I didn't even know what. Not only was she friendly and helpful but also very patient, as I had so many questions!
