Very friendly and helpful staff, many shoes and brands to choose from. A little confusing to shop, and was my go-to for work footwear until I couldn't find ANY Dr Martens on location. Very kind associate explained the situation but the last time I got new Docs(4+y) they had the BEST selection of the brand!
Great employees but not everything i needed but i found great choices and the staff members are very polite and helpful
Disorganized inventory on shelves, plenty of staff (4, none helpful) new policies, new name and I will not return.
UPDATE: 1/16/2025 I just wanted to thank Terri, who went over and above yesterday, helping us find a chair with arms, and hunting down the appropriate footwear for my husband, who is on crutches at this time, awaiting a hip replacement. She was SO patient, accommodating, and empathetic regarding our circumstances.
