Hello, I wanted to take a moment to recognize the gentleman who was assisting customers at the Appleton Mall store on February 8, 2026 from your store. I’m not sure of his name, but he was absolutely outstanding. Ok maybe Amazing!
The sales associate Michael was excellent. I described what I was looking for and he gave me multiple great options without making me feel overwhelmed. When I was going back and forth between 2 pairs he asked me questions and helped me figure out which would work better for my use case.
Great buying experience- really good selection of some solid brands and the staff was super helpful. Since I wasn’t in a hurry and it was relatively quiet, I got a foot/arch scan and the staff took the time to make sure I was getting the proper shoe (and arch supports!
Cam helped me and my dad find the perfect pair of shoes and insoles for my birthday. He was friendly, explained the whole process, and didnt rush or push. Absolutely amazing experience.
