Tradehome Shoes

I worked with an employee named Elias. I mean, where do I begin? What a phenomenal person, great personality, great to work with and overall one of the best experiences I’ve had in a shoe store. When I tell you, this kid deserves a raise I mean it.

The service here is great. They are attentive and when my sandals didn't hold up, they replaced them. Unfortunately, the sandals didn't last me 6 months despite all recommendations from the staff and extra money buying stuff that was supposed to help. I am not hard on my shoes but they are not for me i guess.

Never got the name of the man working here this morning. BUT. He was SO helpful. I was literally in and out within minutes! Bought my first pair of hokas because everyone says theyre so great. He got my shoe size and went in the back and got all the dark colored hokas in my size out. Tried them on.

Shout out to “old-fashioned” staff that not only greet you but actually look you in the eye and are willing to discuss shoes! Special thanks to Aiden for being patient with our kiddo and finding a pair that fit him and that he liked. Highly recommend and will shop here again!
