Superior Running Medicine

I have seen Cristina twice in the last two years for two different injuries-- and twice was all it took! Both times, she gave me a comprehensive evaluation and taught me straightforward and easy exercises to both remedy and maintain my running health. Her suggestions worked and got me back on track with my running.

I sought Cristina's help after pinching a nerve in my shoulder. The pain was sometimes excruciating in the morning and would linger during the day. I tried several remedies including over-the-counter pain medicines as well as prescription pain pills.

After 10 years of hip and back issues, one surgery and several PTs, Cristina was able to thoroughly examine all of my issues and provide direct solutions in 30 minutes, which are already helping greatly. I'm not even a runner, but I'll go back to her with any future problems.

The running gait analysis was super cool and useful! Cristina was very professional and informative during the whole process, and the software access afterwards was a nice bonus. I'll definitely be going back once my training kicks in to compare the video sessions.
