Update: After some discussion with the owner I did return to give them a chance to make things right. Even taking into account a desire to impress someone who left a bad review, the owner was very impressive in his knowledge, and came across as genuine and caring.

I've always bought cheap sneakers, and lived with back pain every time I walk a distance. I decided to try upgrading to quality footwear and start getting into shape. Totally worth the investment. The staff was so attentive, courteous and happy to help.
