This place is great! I went to Dick’s sporting goods for some new jogging shoes. A young guy came over and could answer not one single question. After about 5 minutes he suggested that I google the brands I was interested in and come back and try some on! Really?

The Runner Shop is fantastic! The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and polite. They truly know their shoes and took the time to ensure the perfect fit for my needs. I needed good walking shoes and some new gym shoes and I LOVE both that they recommended.

Pleasant experience inviting staff really work with me on getting what I needed. Good people, good shoes. I had no problem returning shoes that I decided against after a 2 day trial period. We had an issue with my Robinhood credit card that was 100% my fault, and the Runner Shop owner & staff patiently and pleasantly toughed it out with me. I will certainly return in the future.
