New Balance Arlington

We have worn New Balance shoes for years. In the past, we've normally got lower cost shoes but decided to get our feet measured, talk to an expert and get good shoes.

New fav shoe store. Fair prices and nice staff. Bought the NB Fresh Foam X 860v13 TRUE TO SIZING.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with this store and the assistant manager, Grace. I drove an hour to this location to pick up a gift for Christmas. I hit traffic and called to tell her I would be there right at the time the store was closing. She told me not to worry because she would wait for me to arrive.

Quiet area, we went in kinda early. Didn't have the shoes we were looking for but the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Helped get some nice insoles and looked into if another location had what we were looking for sneaker-wise. Super friendly staff. Clean store.

Staff was professional and pleasant, Jennifer took great care of me and was so helpful in getting my in store purchase as well as my shipping item. Will definitely be back! Would like to see a more vast inventory tho .
