The Heel Shoe Fitters

This was my first time at The Heel, a friend recommended, and I am so glad they did! I worked with Ryan S. and he helped me understand my foot shape, what shoes work best, and gave me plenty of options in brands, styles, colors, and prices.

I had an outstanding first experience at The Heel Shoe Fitters, and it was all thanks to Ivy Worm-Summers. The store was incredibly busy when I came in, but Ivy handled everything with impressive professionalism and care.

I need some dressy but supportive sandals for an upcoming wedding, and I dread buying shoes because I wear a 12-13 and I need support for plantar fasciitis. I went to The Heel, but it was on the day of their Birkenstock event and whoo-boy it was crazy busy! Fast forward a week or so, and I visit at a much calmer time.

I visited The Heel recently for the first time and was so impressed with the selection and with the staff. My friend and I worked with Ryan S. and he was not only very nknowledgable and professional but also so enjoyable and fun to work with. We spent two hours with Ryan and left more than satisfied!
