Amazing run club and coach. I’ve never been a fan of running, but joining this club has completely changed my perspective. Coach Alonzo is incredible—supportive, motivating, and really knows how to make each session enjoyable.
Through SwiftStride & Coach Alonzo I went from barely being able to run a mile without walking to running my first half marathon. The program was great for a new beginner, like myself, and pushed me to get good enough to enjoy running! 5/5 would recommend for every level of runner and goal in mind!
