Oh the misery of staring at a bunch of boxes and feeling lost, and walking out empty handed. I DREAD shoe shopping, and usually go to tons of stores struggling to find a fit. I walked into this place and out in 15minutes, largely thanks to the knowledgeable staff.
Store manager Jeremy was extremely helpful when I had a problem with a pair of shoes I had purchased at the Arcadia location. Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure I was understood and taken care of. 5 stars for him and the staff. Thanks again !
