Stellar experience and similar to my last time there - 20+ years ago. In the interim I have let my fitness subside and explained as much to Brett who was my 'guide'/sales agent there. All the people there clearly are runners/athletes/pros who know what they are doing.

I've purchased several pairs of running shoes here. The staff here know how to help fit you for your needs. As a true running store they have run club meetups posted and scheduled in the store.
