As a big guy I am always hesitant to shop for wide shoes. The process there was very simple! I walked in to a very friendly staff and was told to head on back to their shoe rack. After a quick chat they brought out a pair and sent me over to a treadmill to find any issues I had with my walk.

The staff here is always so patient and kind. I have bought shoes here before, but yesterday brought my parents (75+) who are avid runners for new running shoes, and the staff was so attentive to their needs.

Justin was extremely helpful in suggesting new Hoka styles to try on. When they didn't have the color I wanted, he ordered them from another store to be shipped to my home. The store was very busy and all staff worked very hard to make sure everyone got the help they needed.
