The real deal. Super experienced runners who will take time to fit you properly! I was there today and a guy came after recent ankle surgery, looking for rehab shoes. I work in surgery and I was amazed at how informed and specific the 7 Hills staff member was in just asking this customer some preliminary questions!

Best selection of trail running shoes in Seattle, including lesser known brands like Mount to Coast. Very kind and accommodating staff who give helpful but not pushy suggestions. It is a bit out of my way to go here but will definitely be coming back. Service and selection head and shoulders above the rest.

This is THE BEST running store in western WA. Super helpful and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a store that can speak to what you need as a runner whether ultras, technical trails, or fast flat pavement go here. I drive all the way from Olympia because they are so much better than south sound running

I came in Friday last minute before my half-marathon trail run the next day, in search of a trail running shoe in size 14 mens. Christopher was eager to help, thoughtfully answered my questions, & gave me a selection of four shoes to choose from for my race. I chose the Topo Pursuit 2.
