Ballard Fleet Feet had easy booking, friendly and knowledgeable staff, reasonable pricing, and exceptional dedication to DEI. Love to see it! I got exactly what I needed out of my fitting, and even as a beginner, I felt super encouraged and supported.

Great experience. I'm not a runner, I'm a walker. I learned that I was wearing wrong size shoe, my gait needs stability. Grace was amazing in helping me learn what best brands to fit my needs. She explained things to me and was patient. In the end, I bought a pair of shoes, and 3 pairs of socks.

Stopped by today to try a few trail running shoes. I was looking for a specific combination of features for my problematic feet. They had a great collection of shoes and staff was very warm and knowledgeable.

I got a great fit for new shoes this weekend. Using the great tools to measure my foot and track how I walk gave us great information. Then I had a ton of good shoes to try. on until I found the perfect one. This shop and all the people I met and interacted with there were fantastic.
