RunWell (Trace Parkway)

First time shopping at Run Well (Trace Parkway) and I couldn’t praise the team enough. From the moment I walked in they were very welcoming. I came in to get my feet fitted and in search for the right shoes. Jen and Khalil helped me, they were amazing on how patient they were with me.

I went shopping for the Weekly Speed work which we use the local HS track. I was looking for spikes and looking at the options, I noted that as an older runner, it is better to go with a less aggresive spike and go for MD or LD spikes. I was shown all the options and took the Adidas DistanceStar.

Excellent small-business running store that has the MCT trail right behind it. The staff go above and beyond to fit customers for the right shoes for them, and they carry a large variety of shoes, running gear, gels, electrolytes, etc.

RunWell (Trace Parkway) is such a great resource for all your running/movement needs. They are so knowledgable and helpful. You cant go wrong!
