RunWell (Downtown)

Got a gift card for Christmas. Went in a few weeks ago for the first time. Wasn't impressed at all. Hardly anything in stock, not much to choose from. Staff was attentive at first, then it was just chaotic. A tower of sneaker boxes put in front of me, but no real assistance.

I recently decided to switch running stores, no real reason other than wanting a change. I heard a lot about RunWell and read a bunch of really good reviews, along with being the only running store in the St. Louis area to be awarded a Best Running Store 2024 award, so I gave them a try.

Just purchased my 2nd pair of shoes from Run Well. The staff knows EVERYTHING about every brand. They ask the right questions that ensure you go home with the right shoes. It’s so nice to get great service and advice without having to drive to “the big city”.

This place. L.o.v.e. it! I am a huge fan of Hokas because I am on my feet a lot. I came into town and took my parents here. None of us are runners. But my parents needed shoes that had good support. We walked in and were greeted instantly. We had to wait a few minutes because everyone was working with other customers.
